TeamSpeak Code of Conduct.

The Pilots Lounge is the home of the Teamspeak server. This channel may be used for public use. We would
prefer all pilots to use this room unless you are having a PRIVATE meeting or if the room is crowded.

Use of the "Push to Talk" function is a requirement not an option, Any one found to be using "Voice Activation"
will be asked to stop doing so and set there "Push to Talk" setting accordingly.

Please be curteous at all times. If you require to suddenly leave the desk, (i.e. For answering a phone call or
talking with people) please mute your sound. Your are not required to leave the channel.

Shouting and yelling (and talking "over" other conversations) are not an option. Others have on headsets and
ear sets that are sensitive. If you have a disagreement with someone, then take your disagreement into an empty
room and resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved between the parties, then seek the advice of a
Server Administrator for arbitration.

If you have to be away from the Teamspeak server for any period of time greater than 30 minutes and intend
on returning, announce that you will be back and then place yourself on "away", or "mute" your microphone and move
to the Away Room.

Please don't be a "Mic. Hog" by monopolizing the conversation. If you hear someone speaking, then wait until
they are finished and keep your responses direct and short. If discussions turn into a need for a lengthy response,
then please take the discussion to another room.

Recording while on Teamspeak without permission is strictly forbidden. It will result in an immediate kick.
Multiple offenses will result in a ban.

Whining is not welcome on the server. If you have a complaint, please contact the relevant body. Do not whine
to managers that have nothing to do with it.

Remember to be courteous and considerate of your fellow pilots by following the above guidelines. We're here
to have fun and enjoy flying and each others company. Your cooperation is needed to make it a successful and
pleasurable experience. If you see something that could enhance your experience here, or find a way to improve
the Teamspeak experience for everyone, please post on the Forums.

If a member wants to keep certain information confidential he has the right to do so. If the person continues
to intrude, he or she will get a medium-long term ban.

Consistent banning or kicking will result in a removal of Server Admin status. All kicks and bans MUST have a
valid reason.

No harassment of single individuals or groups.

Having a laugh with people is allowed. But if you go too far you will be kicked. Please make every effort to
show everyone a modicum of respect.

Your Teamspeak name must be either your full name or first name followed by your Pilot ID in the form:
Joe Bloggs - WWA1234. Nicknames or titles may follow this. If you do include a nickname or title, it should
follow the format Joe Bloggs - WWA1234 - HUB AHM

No use of bots or scripts. Any illegal activity is forbidden and users doing such will be banned.

No racist language or behaviour.

No sexual or inappropriate content or language.

No spamming in the text box or through PM.

Server Admins or Channel Admins who add or remove rights without permission will have their Admin Status revoked.

If you are asked not to contact someone, honor their request, doing otherwise is considered harassment

No creating Teamspeak Rooms and locking yourself and/or a few people in it.

No hacking Teamspeak. This will result in a Permanent ban.

If you cannot abide by these rules do not log on to the Teamspeak Server.
Consequences of Serious Violations:

First Offense: A warning will be given.

Second Offense: A 1 day ban will be given.

Third Offense: Expelled from Teamspeak.
If you notice a breach of any of the above rules or wish to plead a ban or kick please contact a Server Administrator privately or log a Complaint via the Server.
