No person in WestWind Management may hold a management position at another VA.
Accepting or holding such a position shall be considered a resignation from all WestWind Management positions.

Assistant Hub Manager

Duties

The Assistant Hub Manager will report directly to the Hub Manager. The Hub Manager will assign the Assistant Hub Manager various tasks such as (emailing pilots, creating Hub Reports, etc.) Through his/her collaboration with the Hub Manager, he/she should make flying for WWA interesting, challenging and fun for the pilots.

Requirements

The applicant must currently hold an active status with WestWind Airlines with a pilot rating of Category IV or higher. Assistant Hub Managers must be at least 18 years of age or older*. The applicant must be a registered member of the WestWind support forum. Must not currently hold a management position at any other Virtual Airline. *The age requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for Assistant Hub Manager positions is based on the following:

• Assistant Hub Managers wanting a lateral move to another hub have first choice of open positions, based on longevity of service to WestWind.
• Pilots at the hub have second choice, based on longevity of service to WestWind.
• Pilots, at large, have third choice, based on longevity of service to WestWind.
