WestWind Airlines Code of Conduct
WestWind Airlines (WWA) is a professional organization of individuals whose primary goals are to enable our Pilots to learn about aviation and have fun. Berating, belittling or harassing pilots or managers goes against the core values of WWA. WWA will not tolerate any individuals who berate, belittle or harass other pilots or members of WestWind's Management.
Such examples include use of vulgar words (in any language), the use of racial slurs, sexual harassment , name calling or the mass e-mailing of members (SPAM) other than for airline business. This policy includes e-mail, the forums, or any other method of communication between WWA pilots. Pilots will be warned once to cease any inappropriate behavior. If the behavior subsequently continues, the pilot in question may be suspended or expelled from WestWind Airlines.
Pilots who feel that they have not engaged in inappropriate behavior may request that their actions be reviewed by the Executive Committee for a determination. The President / CEO of WWA is the final authority in determining appropriate behavior. This rule is IN no way meant to censor pilots or ideas. Pilots should feel free to have intellectual discussions with peers and/or members of WestWind's management. These discussions, however, shall be based on facts or opinions and be free from direct attacks on any person or the airline itself.
