The Asian Youth Games are being held in August. This years host is Nanjing, China. WestWind has been chartered to fly teams from Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and India to and from the games.

You will depart your HUB and fly either empty or a sked flight to Singapore (WSSS) then to Nanjing (ZSNJ) with the team from Singapore. You will then fly empty to Hong Kong (VHHH) to pick up that team and bring them to Nanjing, then empty to Tokyo to pick up team Japan and back to Nanjing. Finally you fly empty to Mumbai and return to Nanjing with team India. Once this is complete you just do everything in reverse and return the teams to where you picked them up and finally return to your HUB.

Some other notes:
• -You do not necessarily have to follow this order of pick up's and drop off's
• -WestWind currently has no scheduled flights to/from Nanjing therefore a suggestion rather than flying all of those empty legs would be to ferry to the Hong Kong mini-hub (just 1.5 hours south of Nanjing) and fly a scheduled flight to the other destinations therefore minimizing the hours we fly empty.
• -Recommended aircraft for this charter is a narrow body or wide body, teams will generally have anywhere between 70-200 athletes.
