P118: Cruise Side Trips (Part VFR) |
---|
Virtual “Blue Pacific Cruise Line” and “Sea-Brezz Cruise Line” ships cast off
from Canadian West Coast ports, U.S. Pacific Northwest ports, and California
ports bound for the sunny weather at the Central American Coast.
Each cruise usually stops at two of the following ports: Mazatlan MMMZ, Acapulco MMAA, La Paz MMLP, Puerto Vallarta MMPR, Cabo San Lucas MMOF or San Salavador MSLP. The ships remain in a port for three days. The cruise passengers enjoy the port's festive dining, walk the beaches and relax in the sun. Cruise passengers who want to expand their trip experience want you to give them a VFR aerial tours of the coast line near that port in your small aircraft or helicopter. Or, they may charter flights from the port to one of the other ports not on their cruise intinerary, or charter flights to Mexico City MMMX, Cancun MMUN, Veracruz MMVR, Guatemala City MGGT, or Tegucigalpa MHTG. After the side trips, return your passengers to their cruise port to reboard their ship. However, some of your customers charter side trips and then ask to be flown to the next port on their ship's intinerary. You have many flight options within this charter. Use your imagination. Have fun. We have aircraft to accommodate any number of passengers, from a few couples to large tour groups. Select Pilot’s Discretion below at Aircraft. Charter aircraft use General Aviation (GA) parking. BBJ & BBJ2 Our hangar has only FS9 versions.
