Three Texas A & M University students studying Pacific Ocean marine life
are stationed in Quito, Ecuador this semester. Their project is to study the
behavioral habits and migration patterns of the Galapagos Turtle.
Fly the students from SEGU Simon Bolivar Internatioanl in Quito, Ecuador to SEGS Seymour Airstrip on the Galapagos Islands. After the students place their tracking devices and collect data, return them to SEGU. NOTAM – When choosing an aircraft for this charter, keep in mind the range 600+ miles and SEGS runway length is 7800 ft. Pilots who like long flights may fly three to nine students from KCLL Easterwood Airport near Texas A & M University to SEGU Simon Bolivar Intl. then continue as above.
