Choose a Pacific nation (Fiji, Samoa, etc.)to host the event. You will then need to fly to various nations to pick up delegates and transport them to the host nation. In addition to the Pacific nations delegates will also come from the Pacific Rim nations such as Australia, New Guinea, and New Zealand. You may make multiple stops on each transport run. Each nation will supply between two and six delegates.

Don't forget to return the delegates back home at the end of the conference.
