Transfer some delegates to a smaller aircraft and fly them to the listed capitol city airport. After the visit, return the delegates in the smaller aircraft to the larger airport. Re-board and continue the Tour. You have the discretion to take breaks from flying Charter P002 in order to fly Hub or Cargo Routes, Charters, or On-line flights and Events.
