This charter takes place over a few days at the pilot’s discretion. The charter uses a 739 that has been refitted to accommodate 1st class seating throughout, however this reduced PAX load from 179 to 100. In addition, the fore and aft galleys have been upgraded to handle and prepare 5-star infight meals.

This charter has a WestWind Ramp Lead assigned to the flight to handle and oversee any and all aircraft ground requirements. In addition, the cabin crew has also been assigned and includes 4 Senior Flight Attendants and 6 top flight attendants. The aircraft has additional Liquor Kits on board and the galleys are fully stocked with premium items. During each stop on the charter, pre-positioned Liquor Kits will be on hand and galley services have been established to insure smooth and swift service.

The aircraft is at the Chicago Hub where it was refit and awaits at the Southeast Cargo Ramp. The WestWind Ramp Lead and Cabin Crew will be ready, the Ramp Lead will be with the aircraft at the Southeast Cargo Ramp and the Cabin Crew will be at the gate at Terminal 1.

Flight Itinerary

Day 1: Reposition the aircraft from the Southeast Cargo Ramp to Terminal 1 (KORD) for PAX pickup. All PAX are limited to 1 roller bag (checked) and 1 carry on. WestWind gate agents will have checked bags in the system, boarding passes issued and PAX ready to board so gate time will be very short. KORD > KCAE (Ft. Jackson, SC). Reposition the aircraft to a holding pad for RON after unloading PAX.

Day 2: KCAE > KOZR (Cairns Army Airfield, Ft. Rucker, AL) Refuel and restock. Wait for return of PAX.

KOZR > KSAT (Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX) Refuel and restock and reposition the aircraft to a holding pad for RON after unloading PAX.

Day 3: KSAT > KCOS (Ft. Carson, Colorado Springs, CO) Refuel and restock and reposition the aircraft to a holding pad for RON after unloading PAX.

Day 4: KCOS > KNYL (Yuma Marine Corp Air Station, Yuma, AZ) Refuel and restock. Wait for return of PAX.

KNYL > KNLC (Lemoore Naval Air Station) Refuel and restock and reposition the aircraft to a holding pad for RON after unloading PAX.

Day 5: KNLC > KGFF (Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls, MT) Refuel and restock. Wait for return of PAX.

KGFT > KORD Unload PAX at Terminal 1, reposition aircraft to Southeast Cargo Ramp.
