Westwind Executive Charters has just picked up an Air Ambulance contract with the South American Country of Bolivia. You will be met at the Viru Viru airport (SLVR) in Santa Cruz, Bolivia by a medical team and equipment. You are required to fly from Santa Cruz (SLVR) to Valle Grande (SLVG) to collect a man who has fractured his leg in a farming accident; his condition is stable however he needs to return to Santa Cruz for surgery. From Valle grande you will proceed to Villamontes (SLVM) where your second patient will be waiting for transportation. This lady is in respiratory distress and not so stable. On arrival back in Santa Cruz you may arrange transportation to the Universitario Japones Hospital either by helicopter or road ambulance. NOTAM: Your aircraft needs to be able to reach 15,000 due to the mountainous terrain in Bolivia.
