Westwind's Salmon Lake Resort, located on the western shore of Alaska, is in
need of supplies. This is a year round resort that caters to all of our pilots
and tourists that come to Alaska to hunt and fish and view the rugged terrain.
The resort also becomes very busy around Thanksgiving when Westwind holds a get
together for all of the airline's members.
All manner of cargo is required including fuel, spare parts, food, and
beverages. Cargo may be hauled from any location into Nome, Alaska with its
6001' runway in larger aircraft and then ferried from Nome into Salmon lake
using smaller aircraft that have the ability to land on the 2499' gravel or snow
landing strip.
